The hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise.

During my stay, the service was shockingly poor. On one occasion, a staff member yelled at me in French regarding room numbers, making me feel unwelcome. Breakfast was disorganized. with only one egg boiler and long queues, it was frustrating to navigate. Additionally, the room was stuffy, and the staff seemed indifferent to addressing our comfort needs.

The cleanliness of the room and the modern design of the hotel made our stay pleasant, but the WiFi signal was weak in our room, affecting our ability to connect properly.

Positive, Great location within walking distance to the airport. The restaurant served a solid dinner, and breakfast had a decent variety with juice, cereals, and cold cuts. Everything was clean and tidy. I'll definitely use this spot for my next early flight! 😊

the reception was nice, but the whole hotel feels disorganized. I had to wait forever for the airport shuttle, and the breakfast was practically nonexistent. I also can’t believe I didn’t even get a complimentary snack for my troubles, as one would expect in a proper establishment. I guess I didn't receive the memo about being treated like royalty here.

i recently stayed at ibus budget and it truly exceeded my expectations. this was my second visit to montpellier, and the affordable rates combined with the clean, tidy room made it a pleasant experience. the location was convenient for exploring the city after our travels.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the airport, making it perfect for travelers. The restaurant on-site offered delicious toasted sandwiches, which were a nice surprise after a long journey. However, the air conditioning in the room was not very effective, and there were some issues with breakfast organization, causing waits that could have been avoided. Noise from the nearby train tracks was also a concern, even with the upgraded soundproofing.

Great location near the airport and exhibition center. The family room was clean and equipped with cots for the little ones. Staff was super nice and the air conditioning worked wonders. Really enjoyed the efficiency of the restaurant during dinner service.
